Squishy Swap Rules
Before purchasing your ticket, please read the following rules carefully. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to all of the rules below.
Before the Event
- The Squishy Swap begins promptly at 12:00 p.m.
- Please bring your squishies in a clear basket, bin, or container for easy viewing.
- Label your child’s basket or container with their first name.
- Please keep all squishies in your child’s basket until the official trading session begins.
- Bring only squishies that your child is happy to trade and you are comfortable with them parting with.
Squishy Trading
- Trading is based on what both children agree to, not the retail value of the squishies.
- Children may choose to trade one for one, one for multiple, or multiple for one if both traders are happy with the exchange.
- Please understand that your child may choose to trade a higher-value squishy for a lower-value squishy. This is part of the fun and is completely up to the children.
- All trades are final. Once a trade has been completed, it cannot be reversed.
- Please only bring clean, gently used, and undamaged squishies. Squishies that are ripped, leaking, broken, or excessively dirty will not be permitted.
Parent Information
- One parent or guardian is welcome to stay during the event.
- We encourage parents to allow the children to make their own trading decisions where appropriate. Building confidence, making new friends, and learning to negotiate are all part of the experience.
Important Information
- Klassiq Kidz is providing the venue for this community event and is not responsible for trades made between participants.
- Squishies received through trading cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded through Klassiq Kidz if a child later changes their mind.
- Klassiq Kidz reserves the right to refuse any squishy that is not in suitable condition and to remove any participant who is not following the event rules or behaving respectfully toward others.
